Originally from Brest in Finistère, Gurvan is a composer, guitarist, MC and singer.
Wandering around open-mic venues, he discovered hip-hop culture, French chanson through his parents' CDs, and reggae through soundsystems. In 2020, he recorded his first EP, “De passage”.
He multiplies acoustic concerts around his compositions, offering a second part as MC, on the dub and drum and bass of his friend and DJ Nans Brest, member of the DARKSIDE collective.
He is currently defending his debut album NORD-OUEST live with his PNP&P bandmates. Over layers of reggae bass, Alan's electronic Dub sounds and Lucas's percussion, 14 tracks tell a somewhat utopian story of freedom and happiness, inspired by fictional characters and the experiences of village folk.
