J.V is a Brazilian artist residing in Ottawa, Canada, who started making music in 2019. In 2021 he officially started his music career with the songs Ghosted and Count My Bands solidifying his mark in the underground rap game.
With almost a year in between songs, In 2022 J.V dropped: Because Y'all Waited. A 6 song E.P with guest features from VSN and Cinno.
The E.P was titled after his fans for never giving up on him and representing Ottawa, the city that welcomed the immigrant as his own.
In October he dropped an E.P (Birthright) to mark the begginin’ of a rise.
It’s the first step towards his debut album which is set to release in 2023
