Molham (Arabic for “Inspired”) is an experiential, multi-genre artist with a sound like no other — a melting pot of pop, rap & R&B shimmering with the euphoria of Arab and Khaleeji culture, all wrapped into a global sound that resonates with listeners around the world. He’s often referred to as a “pop artist with rapper energy” by his producer and long-time collaborator Rayan Bailouni.
Brought up on Fairouz and Michael Jackson, Ragheb Alama and Akon, Rashed Almajid and J Cole, Molham is the epitome of the third culture kid. Raised between Canada, Saudi Arabia, and the US, his music reflects who he his, drawing inspiration from his Western upbringing and Arabian roots concurrently across his narrative-driven lyrics, dreamy melodies, and monumental sonics.
Earlier this decade, the Jeddah native notably introduced himself to the Middle East by ushering in A-pop (a term he coined, short for “Arabic pop”) with hit records like Khayali (100M+ plays across platforms) and Khaleeki, blending Arabic-English lyrics with global pop melodies. Consequently, he’s been tapped by global brands such as Amazon, Nescafé, and Pepsi to spearhead the creation of original hit records for their highest grossing commercial campaigns, and is now recognized as one of the pre-eminent leaders in music development of modern Arabic hits in advertising.
Today, as one of the most-promising independent artists, Molham has his eyes set on the global stage, preparing an onslaught of English-dominant, Arab-inspired releases for the latter half of 2024.
Beyond music, Molham, oscillating between Riyadh, London, and LA, is a Forbes 30 Under 30 serial entrepreneur. He graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Finance and Economics.
