Ed Carlos reaches his third musical decade with a wide range of shows in cultural spaces, nightclubs, theaters and open events, with seasons in the country's main capitals, such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife and Brasília, and abroad, such as the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Portugal. He also participated in the Montreux Jazz Festival, in France and was a representative of Brazil at the Berlin Carnival of Cultures, in Germany, honored at the Paulista Carnival and honored by the Midnight Man in 2021. He is also highlighted for his participation in the largest carnival group in the world, Galo da Madrugada.
Throughout his career, he has established himself as one of the best interpreters of Pernambuco culture, even being recognized by Rankbrasil (Brazilian Guinness) as the artist who most recorded and performed frevos in Brazil, not to mention his appearances on other albums. artists and LPs and k7 tapes.
With all this branching history, several awards were won, such as the Frevança, Canta Nordeste and Recifrevoé festivals, he also received the honorable mention award from the Brazilian Association of Tourism Journalists Abraje, as the artist who most publicized Pernambuco music at national level and International.
