Tambor venezolano fusionado con música latina y caribeña
QUERUBE DE VENEZUELA, a native of the town of San Mateo, Aragua, Venezuela and with more than 18 years in the musical arena, has exalted Afro-Venezuelan music thanks to its four record productions. They are currently living a new and renewed proposal which is assembled with Afro-Venezuelan instruments and Latin genres such as salsa, merengue, pop and Cuban timba.
Under the general direction of its founder, composer and percussionist Yeferson Yánez, Querube lives a stage of achievements consolidating songs such as In your hands, What you like, My woman dominates me, A new flavor, among others where growth and evolution is shown. from the band.
LO QUE TE LUSTA, their most recent production brings with it that Latin and Caribbean warmth, where they also have the collaboration of Trina Medina, Rummy Olivo and Willmer Lozano. Which overflows all his talent on the band's musical plate.
His latest musical production was awarded with two recognitions at the 8th edition of the Pepsi Music Awards, held in 2020. The song Barlovento - Palo de Agua was in charge of obtaining such important awards where they also had the great participation of the Trina sonra Medina. In this competition that rewards Venezuelan talent, they rose as the best song and artist of the year in the Venezuelan traditional music category.
In addition to this, its founder has managed to bring together great international artists in a large part of his musical productions where they have had the participation of Porfi Baloa, Gerardo Rosales, Marcial Isturiz, Mauricio Silva, Francisco Pacheco, among many others.
