Nick Dresti, known professionally as Space Cowboy, was born on March 5, 1975, in Paris, France. He began his career under the alias DJ Supreme and achieved initial success with "The Wildstyle", which peaked at Number 39 on the UK charts in 1996 and later reached Number 24 after a re-release in 1997. Dresti also found success with singles like "Up to The Wildstyle" (2000) and "The Porn Kings vs. DJ Supreme" (2002). Under the name Space Cowboy, he released a cover of Prince's "I Would Die 4 U", which topped the UK charts in 2002. Dresti has collaborated with notable artists such as Sir Paul McCartney, The Darkness, and Lady Gaga, remixing tracks like "Glamorous" by Fergie and "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga. His debut album Across the Sky was released in 2003 and became one of the top-selling electronic albums in Japan that year. Subsequent albums include Big City Nights (2005), Digital Rock (2007), and Digital Rock Star (2009). Notable singles from these albums include "My Egyptian Lover" featuring Nadia Oh, which reached Number 45 on the UK charts in 2007. Dresti has also worked extensively with Lady Gaga, contributing to tracks like "Starstruck" and "Christmas Tree", and appearing in music videos for "Just Dance", "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich", and "Poker Face".
