Kaera is Finnish metal band with tight, heavy riffs and aggressive vocals.
Kaera came into existence when singer Tuomo Huurre and bassist Ilpo Karhunen started to compose some Finnish, dark metal music together. After there was enough material to play it with a band, Kaera was joined by drummer Jimi Myöhänen, guitarist Harri Gröhn and lead guitarist Niko Partanen.
The band completed the songs together and the first EP, Konejumala (26.3.2021) was released. ”It was clear from the beginning that the EP will be written around a certain theme. It tells a story of a failed human being who abdicates the burden of humanity, and thus the Konejumala (Machine God) is born.” says the singer Tuomo Huurre.
