Grayscale, an American rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was formed in 2011 by Collin Walsh, Andrew Kyne, Dallas Molster, and Nick Veno. The group gained initial traction with their first EP Change in April 2015. In March 2017, they signed to Fearless Records and released their debut single "Atlantic" alongside a music video. Their debut album Adornment, which included "Beautiful Things," was released in May 2017. The band contributed a cover of Justin Bieber's "Love Yourself" to the compilation Punk Goes Pop Vol. 7 later that year. In March 2019, Grayscale announced their second album Nella Vita, which featured singles like "Painkiller Weather" and "In Violet." Their third studio album Umbra was released in August 2021.
