Lemon Torquato is a living being who is neither an artist, nor a singer, nor a poet; but that, at times, continues to be. There is in music a search for a better understanding of oneself and the world, as well as a celebration of life in pleasure and suffering.
His debut album (Sem Lugar) was released in April 2019, with distribution by Tratore, produced by musician Diogo Sili, recorded at Boca do Mato studio and mastered by Luiz Tornaghi.
"Walking haphazardly and seeing yourself here as an inhabitant, inside a body, with sensations and ideas, inside a world, with or without a place", it was from this concern that the album that brought songs by composers from the independent scene of the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, and two reinterpretations of the illustrious Rio composer of the first generation of samba, José Barbosa da Silva, the Sinhô.
At this moment, Lemon is preparing his second album, produced by Yuri Villar.
