Axiome, a Belgian electronic music group from Wallonia, was formed in 1991 by Cédrik Fermont and Olivier Moreau. The duo began their musical journey with a noise industrial group called Črno Klank before transitioning to Axiome. In the late 1990s, they signed with Ant-Zen Records, releasing their debut album Rictus in September 1999. This was followed by Ça Ne Nous Rendra Pas Le Congo in 2002 and the single "Va-t-il Faire Beau?". In 2005, they released another notable single, "Il Pleut Des Cordes", which received critical acclaim for its heavy rhythms and atmospheric production. Their subsequent albums include Ten Hymns For Sorbetière Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Freezer in April 2012 and The Smell Of Lava In The Morning in October 2014. Axiome's discography also includes their first album outside of Ant-Zen Records, Who Will Control Us?, released in 2020.
