Beryl Anne writes melodic (electro) pop songs with a remarkable sonic depth. This Rotterdam based artist already rocked the stages of festivals en venues such as AFAS Live (Aftershow Lewis Capaldi), Uitmarkt and Simplon (supporting Nina June). Inspired by the 80's and artists like Emily King, Christine and the Queens and HAIM.
Her debut EP ''Land of Mine'' was released March 2019 with a sold out release show in Roodkapje, Rotterdam. Beryl and her band won the Elevator Pitch Competition in Holland, played on national radio 3FM and toured with the Popronde from September til November.
Beryl, the crystal well known for its various colours characterizes the versatility of her music. Layers of melodic synths and peculiar guitar sounds echo through the songs. Together with driving rhythms and pure vocals. This Rotterdam based artist will release her new EP in February 2022.
