Former co-host of 'Le Family Show' and host of ‘Nation To Nation’ on Radio Meuh, former resident DJ at Brixton Jamm in London, Larry's also a figure in the thriving Lisbon underground scene: close to the ELA movement, member of the Percebes Música label, co-parenting the collective / record label Ruínas, and resident DJ of the Whoopee parties.
His commitment to night life culture led him to join 'Ritmo Fulcral', one of the same booking agencies as Kerri Chandler, Satoshi Tomiie or the duo Kyodai, among other artists.
His new •LiVE performance is dynamic and energising, melding Deep House, Soulful Techno, a rich groove with Jazz and Funk elements. The response from both fellow artists and the enthusiastic crowds has been nothing short of euphoric, translating into an atmosphere of pure ecstasy.
Behind the decks, Larry Quest pays tribute to the roots of House & Techno, while sprinkling in his own contemporary UK-inspired twist. With a mix of Jazz tones and rhythms, his sets are an invitation to let loose and dance like nobody's watching.
The music producer made his way into record shops worldwide for the first time in 2019 with his first physical 12’’ record 'Conun Drums', a grooving Hypno House EP released on British producer Jimpster's imprint [Delusions Of Grandeur]. Since then, he's been on a roll releasing tracks and EPs on international labels.
