Born in Reunion Island, Rawb grew up in an artistic and musical background. This tropical culture and an attraction for Jamaican music and hip hop leads his identity: a modern reggae in English, kind of mix between novelty and maturity.
In 2017 he left his factory job and took a one-way ticket to Paris. In the capital he joined jams and open-mics and began his musical adventure. He met Trka who became sound engineer, beatmaker and DJ for the project. Together, they produced an EP, a lot of video clips which built their strong collaboration.
In their Parisian lab, they shape a modern reggae in the tradition of the French singers Jahneration, Naâman and Biga Ranx and strongly inspired by Damian Marley, Protoje and the other jamaicans.
The duo's debut album "The Beachfront" will be released in 2021. They will add several videos produced by themselves. this reflects their desire to learn, to progress and to thrive. Certainly a great way to assert their independence.
