The duo met while enrolled at the Institute of Audio Research in 2005, when Grandz sold Buda his MPC 2000. This transaction would serve as the catalyst necessary to embark on their musical journey as a collective as opposed to as individuals. The decision immediately yielded results as they were able to place a record on 50 Cent "Hate it or love it" mixtape titled "Paper chaser". This collaboration allowed Buda and Grandz to gain notoriety within the industry and lead to producing records for Fred the Godson, Jim Jones, Waka Flocka, Rakim, Kool G Rap, Uncle Murda, Juelz Santana, The Lox, Styles P and Cory Gunz. Lloyd Banks when on to say that the record "Payback" also produced by Buda and Grandz, was the foundation for his major album release entitled Hunger For More 2.
Buda and Grandz have worked relentlessly to gain the respect from their peers within the music industry. Heavily influenced by the producers The Neptunes, Timbaland, Dr Dre, Just Blaze and Kanye West.

We always had a love for Lo-Fi Hip Hop music, and when the opportunity presented itself, we were super excited and eager to share our music with the world”. Providing an original yet out of the ordinary project that welcomes the calming elements of hip hop, this project intentionally surpasses boundaries to introduce a new genre of music to their catalog.
