Jug The Illest was born in Chicago Illinois. Jug spent the most of his
young life in the city of Philadelphia; (Juanita) to be exact. He became
influenced by the urban life shifting back and forth from the city of
Trenton and Philly. His artistry was influenced by the Graffiti And
Skateboarding culture of the inner city gravitating to this lifestyle. The
only father figure Jug had growing up was his step father, who tried to
show him the fundamentals of life and break him from being a hard headed
kid. After spitting a freestyle for a producer named Solidifide, Solidifide
asked Jug if he'd ever thought of a career in the music. Jug started his
own record label called Ash-gods (Always stay humble-gods).
