Gavrani is a Croatian, pop-rock, family band. Formed in 2017, the band consists of father, Mijat, and his children, Jasmina, Tamara and Daniel who were all born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. They have been releasing their original music since 2018 and signed a record deal with Croatia Records in 2020, very soon after moving to Croatia.
As a family and as a team, Gavrani combines forces, skill and talent to create memorable melodies, emotional lyrics and passionate musicianship. Tamara has completed a Bachelor of Music majoring in Songwriting, Daniel is currently completing his Audio Engineering degree, Jasmina has over 10 years of vocal performance experience and Mijat has more than 40 years of guitar performance experience as well as audio engineering and songwriting.
Their debut album, ‘Svirači, hvala vam’, released 05 Feb 2024, is a demonstration of artistry and a love for music, dedicated to all their musical colleagues, as well as anyone who is involved or connected to the creation of music, and who is adding to a unified love of the music industry.
