After writing songs for Faudel, Johnny Hallyday and Louisy Joseph under the friendly tutelage of Pascal Obispo, Dumè decided to take flight. In 2010, he released the single "Je ne sais rien faire" on the participatory label My Major Company. Dumè's duet with Judith, "La moitié du chemin" , won over radio stations and listeners in January 2012. The album La Moitié du Chemin was released in June 2014.
