kinGeorg was born and raised in Askim, Norway, and is an established musician and songwriter. He was interested in pursuing music from a young age and advanced into producing in 2010. He secured his breakthrough with the Norwegian band Sørgekåpe, as a songwriter and frontman through eight years and four album releases. As a writer and vocalist kinGeorg delivers hard-hitting lyrics about life´s ups and downs and can reveal that his solo releases will be even more raw and personal. He describes his sound as mysterious, dark pop “som ligger nærmere sjela mi”. Accompanied by producer and songwriter Johan Larsson, known from OnklP & De Fjerne Slektningene, kinGeorg launches himself into a musical universe stretching from David Bowie to Kent. His solo debut is nothing less than a mysterious mix-up of edgy pop and dark rock with a hint of electronica.
