Greg Minnick is a guitarist and composer based in Miami, Florida. He is the founder of Levelblu Records and Levelblu Music Productions where he produces and records various artists in smooth jazz, and world fusion.
He grew up playing all kinds of music styles in Miami’s rich cultural environment which gave him the opportunity to work as a guitarist with many name artists including: Yo Yo Ma,
Audra McDonald, Ed Calle, Praful, Warren Hill, The New World Symphony, DeBarge, Mary Wilson of the Supremes, Barry Gibb, Greg Phillinganes, Paul Messina, Fernando Saunders, Albert Sterling Menendez, Anastasia Victory, Bickley Rivera, Andricka Hall, Duffy Jackson, Jon Secada, and LeChanze.
Greg has placed music with Sony Music, Warner Brothers, Columbia Pictures, MTV, HBO, VH1, The Weather Channel, Purple Records, Soulshine Records, and Electric Planet Records.
Greg is releasing his new single, “LAZY TIME” which he wrote and produced. It features Lauren Carter on vocals, Ricky Williams on keyboards and bass, Greg on guitar. and Marcus Finnie on drums and percussion (Keb Mo, Josh Stone, and Michael McDonald). The song was mixed, mastered and co-produced by Gary Vandy (GVAP). “LAZY TIME” fits the smooth jazz, adult contemporary and alternative R&B/Soul markets. The full album, “Distanza” will be released in early 2024 as well as his next single, Dreams Of Ibiza that features Ed Calle on sax.
