Michael Dane Hager, besides being a successful songwriter with over 40 songs recorded by a variety of artists in 2021 turned his creative talents to performing and recording his own songs. Noted for his thoughtful and introspective lyrics, Michael blends his soulful vocals that convey his commitment to the Americana/Folk genres of music. Always believing in the power of music, Michael has dedicated his life to improving the lives of others. To that point, he is donating all of his artist proceeds from his current release to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Michael besides being a respected songwriter, has demonstrated his commitment to fellow artists and songwriting by creating events and programs such as the First International Folk and Blues Festival in Mexico and Creekside Jam Folk Festival in Napa Valley, California.
