Simon Andersson discovered music at a young age and decided early on to fully commit to his big dream of becoming an artist, songwriter, and music producer. He studied music at Malmö Academy of Music and later became a music producer. In 2013, Simon signed with an American management agency, which led him to spend a significant amount of time in the USA over the following years. This resulted in him winning the prestigious price "Best Song of The Year” in Hollywood at the World Entertainment Awards, not only once but twice, most recently in February of this year. The win also led to performances at the CMA Festival for two consecutive years, appearances on American TV, and several chart placements with the single "Try."
Simon’s love for music, his multi-talents, drive, and determination have always been some of his key traits, and in 2022 he launched "Rock ’N’ Roll Xmas" in Malmö, which has become a popular annual show, drawing full audiences every year.
This year, it will be hosted at Eleda Stadion, accompanied by the Swedish guest artists Jay Smith and Linda Varg.
Tha same year, Simon also founded the "South Ocean Festival" in Malmö featuring performances by world renowned artists such as Florence + The Machine, The Cardigans, Viagra Boys, Benjamin Ingrosso and of course Simon himself.
Simon's latest singles, "Talkin’ About A Revolution," and "Everythin’ Will Be Alright," were released in 2024. In November 2024, he will release a duet with Linda Varg - a cover of "Happy XMas (War Is Over)” by John Lennon. A new single will be delivered in the beginning of 2025 and an upcoming album is planned later in the year.
