We’re Maverick, a hard rock band based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We were formed in the summer of ’12. Within 6 months we had released our first EP Talk's Cheap - EP; and with that we were able to secure our first record deal with Massacre Records. Through them, we released our debut album Quid Pro Quo in November ’14, and then went on tour with The Poodles the following year. Following on from the success of that tour, we then signed to our current record label, Metalapolis Records (https://metalapolis.eu/) to release our second album Big Red in August ’16. To promote that album we toured with Treat. Once back from being on the road, we began work on our third album Cold Star Dancer which we again released through Metalapolis Records in April ’18 and supported Crashdiet! We completed our first headline tour of Germany with support from our labelmates TwentyDarkSeven & DeVicious in April 2019. In December 2019 we re-released our debut album Quid Pro Quo with our Debut EP Talk Is Cheap included. Our fourth record Ethereality was released April 2021 and has been our highest rated album yet! Due to covid we were unable to play as many shows as we used to but we will be back on all stages with our latest album Silver Tongue in 2024/2025!
