Oscify, aka Dr. Oscify or Doc Os, is rapper, producer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist from Denver, Colorado. Around 2005, Os started posting music to internet websites including Soundclick and Myspace. This led to him being discovered by G1 Frazier, a producer and CEO of New Ground Collabo Records, who soon commissioned a collaborative album between Doc Os and German producer Ulliversal for a group called Versify, released in summer 2006. Shortly after, Os began performing heavily throughout Colorado with many names in the hip-hop scene for the next few years. During this time, Os released many free download non-commercial projects through Skimp Killah's Spruce Goose Records, including projects from groups including Versify, Magnificent Wingspan, & Heart Break Kids / Purple Elks. Around 2009, life events caused Oscify to take a step away from performing. In 2011, Oscify formed the group Are You Serious with Boonhamin, David Ochoa, Charlie 2Bit, and DJ Jus Panda. The group released several mixtapes and in 2013, the group released a self-titled album.
