hi. I felt crazy. I felt lost. I felt confused. I wasn't being myself. Wanted to end me. Being diagnosed Bipolar / ADHD with complex trauma, I still fight it, it’s not a phase. But I know we can change our minds everyday. We can start new. We can support each other. Maybe its not the magical dream that a privileged kid would get, but we can get closer to it. The masked demi character represents the hyper-conflicted and sensitive adolescent who wants to understand their own complexities and be understood by others. despite the shallow vanity and loneliness our culture lives in, there is depth, there is meaning, there is purpose.
