Tatiana Samouil, born October 5, 1974, in Perm, Soviet Union, is a Russian-Belgian violinist. She began playing the violin at age six and debuted as a soloist with the National Orchestra of Moldova. Samouil studied under Maja Glezarova at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and later trained with Igor Oistrakh in Brussels and José-Luis Garcia in Madrid. Her career took off with wins at the Tenuto Classical Music Contest (1998) and the International Henri-Vieuxtemps Competition (1998). She has performed with orchestras such as the Belgian National Orchestra and the Russian National Orchestra, collaborating with conductors like Kazushi Ōno.
Samouil's discography includes Prokofiev's Complete Violin Sonatas (2006). She has served as a professor at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels.
