Wit., whose real name is Walid Benslimane, is a French rapper and producer of Moroccan origin born in 1996. He began releasing his first tracks independently in 2016, developing a futuristic style blending rap and electronic sounds. In 2018, he collaborated with Laylow on the Digital Night EP, a landmark project that introduced him to a wider audience. He continues his rise with solo projects such as Nébuleuse and Memento, where he explores immersive, digital atmospheres. Flagship singles such as"Shok","Loco" and"Algorithm" perfectly illustrate his avant-garde approach to music. Between 2020 and 2023, he further refined his style, blending rap, R&B and electronic influences, and became an influential figure on the French alternative rap scene. Wit. stands out for his discretion, his artistic rigor and his singular universe, inspired by cinema and new technologies.
