Voici un paysage vers toi. Viens marcher pour trouver l'inspiration comme un soleil dans ta paume.
Mathieu Lippé is an exploratory artist who places creative freedom at the heart of his work. Whether through his folk and pop songs, his orchestrated slam poetry, or now with his explosive blend of song and rap, he spreads an inspiring and humanistic message. His lyrics reflect his quest for meaning, his love for life, and his observations on the absurdities of modern societies.
A singer, storyteller, poet, trainer, and entrepreneurial artist, Mathieu Lippé has performed in many countries and self-produced three albums. From Quebec to Romania, Italy, France, and even India, he has won the Granby International Song Festival, earned a gold medal at the VI Francophone Games in Beirut, and placed second at the World Poetry Cup in Paris. He has opened for artists such as Francis Cabrel, Loco Locass, Lynda Lemay, and Anne Sylvestre. He has also written songs for many artists, including Fred Pellerin, Ima, Brigitte Boisjoli, L'Isle (aka Ariane Brunet), Amylie, Céleste Lévis, Stéphanie Bédard, and Éli Rose.
Without much fanfare, this multidisciplinary artist has amassed nearly 25 years of career experience. A recipient of the Lynda Lemay and Dédé Fortin awards, Mathieu Lippé also offers creative writing training through his online course "Libère ta parole" (Free Your Voice). After a four-year break and period of writing, he returns with new works featuring song-rap sounds.
