Based in Liverpool but originally from Hertfordshire, Jose’s passion for House music started in 1987 at the age of 11 when he bought his first 12-inch record (Krush - House Arrest). In the 90s Jose immersed himself in the rave scene going to iconic events such as United Dance, Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, Labyrinth and many London club nights. He also started mixing and performed at events around the South East, London and overseas.
Jose is also a radio presenter and has played on a number of leading radio stations including Centerforce, Eruption, Pressure Radio, Raiders Radio and ShedFM. You can catch his House Wednesdays show every Wednesday at 8pm GMT on 4beatradio (4beatradio.com / housewednesdays.com).
Jose started producing during lockdown and is signed to Whore House, Toolbox House, Onto the groove records, Underground Hype, World Sound, Disco Balls and House me up records. His tracks have gained support from DJs such as Slipmatt, Chelsea Singh, Roger Da’ Silva, Bubbler, Tony Roberts, SAYA, Secret Agenda, Tenacious & Simon Field with plays on a number of radio stations including Centreforce, Shine, Indemand Radio, FunkySX, Select Radio, Unity, Raiders Radio, Eruption, 4 Beat Radio and Rise Radio. He has also been featured on BBC Introducing.
With lots more tracks in the pipeline and gigs in the diary, 2023 is going to be a busy year!
