My name is Kenny Araujo, but don’t hurt yourself trying to say that. Just call me KENNII. I'm a 27 year old singer/songwriter/producer out of East Haven, CT. One of four Portuguese brothers from two 100% Portuguese Pork-chops. My parents came to America when they were younger with my grandparents to get a better life, which then resulted in giving me and my brothers a better life. I was always the odd ball out. While my three brothers were chasing their dream of playing football, I was home writing music to let out what's in my head. Music has always been an outlet for me to express what I’m going through or what I'm thinking. Growing up all I cared about was when the next Eminem album was dropping and girls. Heartbreak of course came with that and I found it easier to just write it into a song rather than talk to people and have to live with their opinion. I grew up around a lot of fake people, but who hasn't? It's how you deal with them that matters. I learned to ghost them and not give them unnecessary energy. Instead I put that energy into my craft. My goal with my music isn't money, girls, fame. It’s to give people something they can relate to. Whatever you're going through in life right now. Just know someone is probably going through it too.
