“Ian Austin first discovered his love for songwriting when he was 10 years old, composing cinematic piano instrumentals when he should have been practicing his assigned “classical” music. Since then, he has been inspired by the gravity and weight a song can have when communicating a message. Seeing no other message as true and life changing as the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Ian now seeks to share this good news with his music. Blending deep biblical truth with personal experience, his aim is to convey the realities of what it means to have a relationship with God in a way that is honest and relatable. Drawing inspiration from artists like Chris Renzema, Gregory Alan Isakov, and The Lumineers, he strives to combine his passion for acoustic music with his love for the Lord.”
