Shani Diluka is acclaimed as one of the most poetic pianists of her generation. An exclusive Warner Classics artist, her albums have earned top honors including Diapason d’Or, Choc de Classica, and recognition from Gramophone, Arte and Mezzo.
Diluka’s recordings reflect her imaginative vision — from Cosmos (Beethoven and Indian Ragas), to Pulse (classical and minimalist dialogues) , from The Proust Album to the most recent Renaissance.
Her international career spans leading venues from the Philharmonie de Paris, Wigmore Hall, and Concertgebouw to Ravinia, Verbier, and the Elbphilharmonie, alongside collaborations with orchestras and artists such as Gautier Capuçon, Natalie Dessay, and Michel Portal.
Born in Monaco to Sri Lankan parents, she bridges Eastern and Western cultures. Discovered at six through a program founded by Princess Grace, she later graduated with highest honors from the Paris Conservatoire and trained at the Lake Como Academy with Leon Fleisher, under the guidance of Martha Argerich, Alfred Brendel, and Murray Perahia.
She also directs the Concerts du Dimanche Matin at Théâtre du Châtelet.
