Once a member of the pop group WALK THE MOON, and of the popular Northeast Ohio Newgrass group Honeybucket, Adam Reifsnyder's solo endeavor focuses on an intimate folk-pop sound. His debut Phases tackles incredibly personal topics including the aftermath of divorce, childhood nostalgia, and family illness, while maintaining a sense of hope and light throughout. His follow-up single "Don't Be Alone" explores the darkness within ourselves through powerful songwriting and an intricate string arrangement. In 2020, Adam released the hauntingly beautiful and contemplative duet "Pining" with Gretchen Pleuss, as well as Teensie's Tune - a fingerstyle guitar-led instrumental that honors a pregnancy that Adam & his partner lost in 2019.
Adam is an active songwriter, performer, and engineer in the Cleveland, Ohio area. He is also a member of the synth pop/rock outfit Astronymer (whose song "Miles to Go" with Jul Big Green was used as the 44th Cleveland International Film Festival's theme song), and the indie folk duo The Fairdowells, set to release their debut EP Summer 2020.
