Biography
Keenon Jackson, who performs under the moniker YG, is an American rap artist who has had two albums in the top ten of the Billboard 200 - his debut 'My Krazy Life' which peaked at number two in 2014 and 'Still Brazy' which reached number six in 2016. 'My Krazy Life' went to number one on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Chart while 'Still Brazy' reached number three. In 2014 the soundtrack to a short film about his life growing up in the city of Compton went to number ten on the R&B/Hip-Hop Chart and his 2016 release 'Red Friday' reached number 16. He has collaborated with rap and hip-hop artists Ty Dolla Sign, Young Jeezy, Rich Homie Quan and Drake. An album titled 'Stay Dangerous' was released in the summer of 2018.
