Nicolas Luquet (aka Luke Kay) is a french producer, composer, and sound engineer. Living in both Paris and Reunion Island, Nicolas constantly switches between tropical vegetation, volcanic landscape and chaotic urban, modern, mechanical rhythm of the capital. This exciting contrast feeds his creation who strives to evoke wild untamed nature and urban human-crafted organized chaos. His work with movies, sound design, editing, and soundtrack debuted in 2010 upon meeting director Aurélia Mengin, and has continued through 2 full feature films, as well as various medium- and short-format films, music videos, and other video work. In the past 15 years, Nicolas has also co-organized the MEME PAS PEUR International Film Festival, the Fantastic Film event of Reunion Island.
