William Harbour, Jr., known professionally as Willi One Blood, was born on September 20, 1956, in New York. He is an American singer specializing in reggae music and world music. Willi One Blood began his musical career in 1988 in Kingston, Jamaica, where he recorded several singles and collaborated with notable reggae artists such as Tony Rebel, Half Pint, and Jack Radics. His breakthrough came with the release of "Whiney Whiney (What really drives me crazy)", which was included on the soundtrack for the film Dumb & Dumber in 1994. This track reached Number 62 on the Billboard chart. During the 1990s, Willi One Blood also ventured into acting, appearing in films such as Léon (1994), where he played one of Gary Oldman's henchmen, and Welcome to Joe's (1996). His final film appearance was in the independent movie Blazin' in 2001.
