Mauricio Salcedo DJ Producer also known as ‘DJ Mauro’ from Cali, Colombia. Influenced by urban rhythms and salsa of the pacific region of Colombia, he brings an URBAN-LATIN flow to his shows in the main cities of Colombia. His way of mixing and improvising the beats leaves the audience with unforgettable party flavours and creates in each set a unique musical trance. Set to explore new opportunities, DJ Mauro arrives to Dubai in 2017 where he positions himself as one of the most prominent Latin DJs in the industry, becoming a guest in the most favoured Latin locations of the city. Also instructor in the number one DJ academy in the Southwestern of Colombia named ‘Mix Masters’, he has more than ten years of experience in cultivating DJs and leading workshops about audio editing, bringing his students vast knowledge and skill to turn them into the major talents in the musical scene. Finalist in the well-known competition ‘Pioneer DJ Contest’ he placed second place under category of Latin Music. Currently DJ Mauro forms part of an international company based in New York called “Lo Maximo Production’s” (LMP), one of the largest Latin agencies of DJs and urban artist in the world, setting him out as the only DJ in Colombia and Dubai to belong to that company.
