Artist composer Anat Ben-David uses the term ‘OpeRaArt’ to explain her working method as rearranging sound-text into audio-visual composition. Ben-David works with various artists to ‘find the unique sound, text and visuals arriving out of interactions’. Ben-David collaborations include Chicks On Speed (since 2002). Her research focuses on creative activating methods in Art, developed in her PhD Oscillation and Disturbance in the OpeRaArt (Kingston University, London 2015). In 2017 she has written, staged and performed Kairos OpeRaArt, at the Victoria and Albert museum in London. Currently Ben-David is a resident at Somerset House studios in london.
