Märvel is a power trio from Sweden playing sexy thinking man’s High Energy Rock ’n’ Roll. The King (guitars, vocals), The Vicar (drums) and The Burgher (bass) have been honing their rock skills for 20+ years and are known for their unique sound and craftsmanship in producing great rock songs. The identities of the members are secret but their mission is clear – deliver rock to the masses!
Märvel has put out a long list of celebrated albums: Five Smell City, Thunderblood Heart, Unleashed, Warhawks of War (featuring Dregen/Backyard Babies and Robert Dahlqvist/The Hellacopters), Hadal Zone Express, The Hills Have Eyes (produced by Fred Estby), At the Sunshine Factory, Guilty Pleasures and Graces Came with Malice. Märvel's explosive live performances have earned the band a loyal Ärmy of fans with official fan clubs all over the world.
Double Decade is a massive luxurious double vinyl package to celebrate Märvel’s rich history. The album contains the biggest hits as well as the obscure and sought after deep cuts collected from numerous 7” singles. The album also contains two brand new songs, Turn the page and Catch 22 recorded and produced by Märvel at Solskensfabriken studios and mixed by Robert Pehrsson's Humbucker.
