Symbole est le 3e et dernier EP d’un triptyque...
Since 2016, Nicolas Haas and Matthieu Imberty have been developing
and build a triptych around 3 themes "Amour (Love) - Origine (Origine) -
Symbol (Symbole") whose first part “ Amour ”was released in June 2017.
Today, the latest EP "Symbol" is released and will be available
from August 27, 2021 on Vinyl and CD.
If the overall project conveys a romantic and humanist message,
these 7 new songs evoke the hidden symbols ("G",
"Volume 3 Chapter 7") and the importance of multiple gazes
on the meaning of our lives (“Trois Voyages”).
By evoking the events in mirror of each other
("Au milieu de l'extérieur" / "In the middle of the outside"), as a game or as a double
mystery, or even from strong personal experiences
("Mes victoires éphémères" / "My ephemeral victories"), this new disc seeks to put
in light the harmony of opposites ("La lumière" / "The light").
Musically, it's a bit like the story of a poetry that seeks
its place in an SMS, the impossible quest for treasure at the foot
of the rainbow.
