JOMA, a Cuban duo formed by Majela Dueñas & José Manuel Rodríguez in 2022. They sing about love and life and it is the essence of JOMA: a project where love and music are the protagonists of a shared life story.
Their careers as instrumental musicians began early, since in 2009, both began their studies at the "Ernesto Lecuona" Music Conservatory in Cuba, instrumentalists in the specialties of Guitar and Piano.
Since they were young, they dreamed of singing their songs and giving them to the world and they worked hard until it became a reality.
Their music, an endless reflection of love stories, mixing influences from pop, soul and Latin.
The name "JOMA" arose from the union of the initials of the names of the artists José & Majela.
