JORN (Jorn Lendorph) is a Danish soul-pop singer. His debut solo album, JORN - Loosen Up (1996), features 14 soulful groovy and melodic songs, with hits like 'Smile,' 'Laughter in the Rain,' and the Norwegian chart-topping 'Back to My Baby.' JORN's diverse career includes writing and performing the song ‘Indtoget i Jerusalem’ for the album Dejlig er haven and contributing to the Music Award-nominated album OPS - Perker for altid. He has performed the Danish version of the title song for Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and also for American Dragon, and Weekenders, as well as the title song for the feature film Frøen Freddy. In 2006, JORN released the house single ‘Saturday,’ a smooth jazz funk track later featured in the Danish film Kandidaten (The Candidate). JORN has produced the soundtrack for the films The Eighteenth and Sanne Graulund's debut album Better Get Some Dreams, as well as the hip-hop album Ibo: Tilbage igen and the theme song "Julen Rammer" for the film Julefrokosten. His production credits also include albums for the Danish vocal group Vocaloca and Rasmus Klump og hans venner. As a versatile backing vocalist, JORN has worked with artists such as Mariah Carey, Anggun, Jonatha Brooke, Bombay Rockers, Lisa Nilsson, Johnny Logan and many others. His voice can be heard on soundtracks for films like Hjælp! Jeg er en fisk, Hånden på hjertet, Elsker dig for evigt, The Eighteenth, and Klassefesten. Additionally, JORN has provided vocals for several TV shows.
