Have you checked out my latest release "Professional" ?
Hip-hop's evolution has been marked by eras and sounds! Run DMC took B-Boy hip-hop mainstream; Biggie Smalls boasted brands and merged street culture with luxurious lifestyles; Cash Money/Hot Boys brought us Bling Bling; Ruthless Records/NWA introduced us to West Side Gangsta Rap; Luke Records/2 Live Crew turned up in the clubs with Miami Bass; and Grand Hustle/T.I. took us into The Trap. Now The Crown/Buccalini are giving us Afro(Afro-Rap) which encompasses Afro beat, Amapiano, Kompa, Dance Hall, R&B, and Rap Music. This new sound blends the hottest sounds of today’s music to make the innovative sound of tomorrow.
Buccalini released the Swiper Season EP at the end of 2019 on The Crown Recordings/Atlantic Records. The EP was produced by Grammy nominated producer DJ Hardwerk. Multiple music videos for songs off the Swiper Season E.P. were premiered on WordStar Hip Hop and were shot and directed by Picture Perfect (NBA Youngboy, Cardi B, French Montana). As the world was halted by a global pandemic, Buccalini kept the momentum going when he released “Turn Me Up” featuring NLE Choppa fall of 2020. “Turn Me Up” music video also debuted on WorldStar Hip Hop furnished over one million views and was added to several prominent playlists on multiple DSP Platforms. He then released “Going Harder”, “We On It”, “No Opps “Lifestyle”, all of his music videos did 6 or 7 digits views on YouTube. This snowball effect gained the attention of Isa Rae, who asked Buccalini to her with the music for her HBO Series entitled Rap Shit, which was a show about two up and coming rap female artists from Miami. Buccalini wrote songs featured on the show and released a song entitled “Scam Bitch” on the Rap Sh!t soundtrack.
Buccalini plans all the music cultures together that make him who he is as an artist. His new and fresh perspective is being well received by all the people who were already following his movement and has gotten amazing reviews from people who are just learning about him, this growing his base.
