Anyone listening to GAZZI for the first time, without knowing who he is, would likely think he comes from a garage in the UK. However, they would be surprised to learn that Pablo Jiménez is an emerging national talent from Linares, Jaén. With artists like Burial or Four Tet as his references and influences drawn directly from the dance floor, post-dubstep, UK bass, deep house, dembow, and breakbeat dominate the Andalusian's creations across the two albums, four EPs, and six singles he has released so far in his burgeoning and intense musical career. He moved to Madrid, and from there, he has been releasing hits like his recently released EP, "no pasa nada." His talent has graced renowned dance floors such as Nitsa and Razzmatazz, and he has performed at major festivals like Primavera Sound, Sónar, Bilbao BBK Live, and Cala Mijas. Between dates, he has also provided the soundtrack for the Dior afterparty in Seville and edited tracks for Rosalía's "Despechá," Charli XCX, Bad Gyal, and Drake.
