FAUSTINE is a non binary artist based in Switzerland. They released their debut EP "âmes égarées" in january 2023. The project reflects their love for authenticity. It's a deep dive into their thoughts; an interrogation about themselves, human interactions; the search for their purpose in this chaotic world. The artist navigates between bedroom pop sonorities inspired by "Men I Trust" or "The Marías", and the french poetry that "Pomme" embodies.
2024 marks a radical turn in terms of artistic direction. The sadness of their first project transforms into anger: a way for them to write about topics close to their heart such as feminism and social issues while exploring female rage. They release a new song every month unpacking a new aspect of sexism and social injustices. Inspired by artists like "UPSAHL", "Cloudy June" or "KiNG MALA" they create a new sound for this 2nd album. Hyperpop, rap, alt-z merge, designing a new genre of their own.
