Yet, I consider myself fortunate to be embraced by a tight-knit circle of Aunties, Uncles resembling siblings, and a nurturing Grandmother stepping into the role of a mother figure. Life took on a rhythmic dance, transforming family gatherings into spontaneous celebrations of rhythm and beats.
Music, my constant companion, became a sanctuary from the age of 8. Guided by the church, I explored drums, guitar, bass, and piano, finding my rhythm. At 9, my uncle, Hipa, introduced me to the mesmerizing world of hip hop through Eminem, unlocking a vast universe of 80s and 90s artists that shaped my journey.
Currently navigating the influences of drill and trap in hip hop, I hold a deep desire to revisit the roots of classic Acid rap and boom bap. Achievements include recognition from local Brisbane legends, fostering a genuine following, and collaborating with the talented Australian artist Brayden Jay.
