Jalex was born in Guinea-Bissau and started is music career in Spain in early 2000.
Jalex resealed four albuns, in 2007 with group TWICE, Light Of My Life, R&B music.
In 2010 album Mi Mundo, pop music.
Jalex´s third album Mi Quimera was debuted in 2013, Kizomba Fusion music.
In 2017 the fourth album A Tu Lado of Jalex´s original interpretation of Neo Pop, Latin, Kizomba fusion, and R&B.
Jalex introduce his music to American audiences, starting in Washington DC (USA),
Where he won THE BEST PERFORMER by the audience at The Taste of Africa Music Festival in July 2018.
Jalex is not only a singer and songwriter, he has also become a reputed music producer of various styles such as R&B, Kizomba, Hip Hop.
In September 2019, Jalex perform at PANAFEST festival in Washington DC (USA) with great performance.
In 2019 Jalex also performed in the Caribbean, Dominican Republic in PUNTA CANA FESTIVAL with a great result.
Jalex released one of his singles, MAMA in July 2020 with SONY MUSIC Entertainment.
In 2022 Jalex release two new singles, Abo Ku Nmisti, Afro Pop and Fika Crazy, Afro Beat.
Jalex has made several appearances on Spanish television channels such as TELE MADRID, TELE 5, IBEROAMERICA TV and others.
Also with appearances on Portuguese television channels, RTP, on the programme, CONVERSAS AO SUL,
And on RTP AFRICA in the programs BEM-VINDOS and MUSICAS D´AFRICA.
