VEDA, at 13 years old, has quickly garnered a substantial audience on TikTok performing duets with her dad, Bobby Amaru (singer of the band Saliva), recording covers of their favorite songs! With over 240 million views across TikTok in less than 6 months, the momentum is real!
Their duets have attracted the interest of John Cooper (Skillet) Mike Shinoda (Linkin Park) and Lacey Sturm (Flyleaf) who have reached out personally and expressed their support and appreciation for Veda and Bobby performing their songs and have even asked for them to do the same for some of their new releases.
Since April 2023, Bobby’s TikTok account (where they upload these videos) has amassed over 2 million followers. Their most viral video (performing "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence) has 75 million views.
Veda release her first original single "Wannabe Me" on August 2nd, 2024, followed by her second single "I Breakdown" on October 4th, 2024.
