As a 7-year-old girl, the Dutch Pleun Bierbooms was discovered singing on the trampoline by her singing coach who left a note in the mailbox that said: 'I heard a girl singing, I heard talent'.
Her passion for singing grew into a dream that she was determined to pursue.
She won "The Voice of Holland" in 2017. A special and extremely educational experience, but also a rollercoaster. It was the time where she redefined herself not only as a singer, but also as an individual.
In the subsequent period of radio silence, Pleun rediscovered her true self. She embraced her own identity and was determined to tell her stories through her own work.
With Plume as her stage name, she now creates music with warm and melancholic melodies, produced purely and sincerely, and tells real stories.
