Whorehouse Love was founded at the end of 2019 in a small town called Zülpich, by Tommy and Alex. At that
time still under a different name, they went in search of comrades-in-arms.
While Alex was auditioning for a Warlock cover band, he met Paul, who was also there to audition that night. Since Paul, like Alex, is also from Zülpich and the two hit it off right away, Alex just poached Paul without further ado.
At about the same time, Tommy met Izzy in the gym, with whom he had played in a band called Mok before, and simply asked if he would like to make music together again. Izzy agreed immediately and the band was complete.
When Corona broke out shortly after, the guys got together during the lockdown to make music in secret. When everything was finally loosened up again, they already had a few songs ready to present themselves with on any stage they were allowed to perform on.
Some time has passed since then, and in the meantime they were able to produce their first album, titled Whorehouse Love, which they will release on 10/14/2023.
On 27.07.2023 they founded their own label. Music:
Their music is a mixture of 80s hard and glam rock, some blues rock, soulful ballads and spiced with modern influences.
Their lyrics are inspired by their own experiences and feelings, sometimes socially critical, sometimes hopelessly romantic and sometimes just plain silly.
They don't want to limit themselves to one topic, nor do they always want to be serious. After all, they want to entertain their listeners first and foremost.

They are a troupe of misfits who found each other through music. The band consists of:
Izzy, the lead singer and lyricist;
Alex, the drummer and backbone of the band;
Paul, the bass player who adds intensity to our music and enriches every live show;
and last but not least
Tommy, the guitarist who gives our songs their soul with his brilliant rhythms and solos.
