Born and raised in Rwanda, Africa. Patrick Cyuzuzo known as SEE Muzik is a fusion music artist singing and writing gospel and inspirational music. See developed love for music at an early age. From the age of six, he would join his Sunday school choir onstage as they performed to local church members and created a sensation every time. This childhood experience helped to shape his musical experience. As a young kid he performed in local traditional dance teams making him exposed to the stage and public at a very early age
See’s musical journey started in 2009 when he was chosen to join a kid’s choir that was professionally trained to make tours for the cause of poverty and illiteracy in Africa. He toured around the USA with the choir going to states such as Texas, California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona to mention a few. At the age of 9years old See wrote his very first song, recording his first single as a solo artist in 2016 during his 3rd year of high school.
The name “SEE” is a declaration of faith. It came after many sessions of eye treatment when the doctor said he might lose total vision and that there was no treatment for the eye. While this was one of the most terrifying news, See had and still has hope that his sight remains to the end. Habakkuk 1:5, Jeremiah 29:11.
In such a time when depression and anxiety trends in the lives of young adults more than ever, SEE is devoted to youth transformation, mental health and the rise of Christ-Centred youth. He believes that through the focus on spiritual and mental wellness of young people today, there is a guarantee for a bold brighter future. In order to overcome, we must change the lens into which we see our lives and start viewing it in the lens of positivity. It’s with this in mind, that See is spreading the message of hope and resurgence through his music, blogs and every other opportunity that opens for him to speak to his generation.
